Why does my Thai come out as l;ylfu?
The keyboard was still set to English while you typed, so the same keys gave English letters: “สวัสดี” becomes “l;ylfu”. Paste it into the box above to get back what you meant, with no retyping.
How do I switch languages on Windows?
On most computers set up for Thai it's the ~ key (below Esc) or Alt + Shift. If neither works, try Windows + Space, which works on Windows 10 and 11.
How do I switch languages on a Mac?
Press Control + Space, or the globe (fn) key on newer keyboards. If Caps Lock is set to switch languages, press Caps Lock.
Can it fix text typed with Caps Lock on?
Yes. English with the case flipped, like “hELLO”, is fixed automatically. For Thai typed with Caps Lock on, press “Caps Lock was on”.
